About Us

Half the 40 acres farm is owned and managed by Robert Pierce. Robert has been active in the Madison Community as a farmer for over 30 years, promoting farmer's markets, local food and strong communities. He specializes in composting and vermi-composting as a way to increase soil fertility and productivity, and to turn waste into a truly amazing growing medium. Robert's passion is helping youth learn how to grow their own food and take responsibility for their lives.
